Do First Class and Second Class use different methods?
No. Both private packages use aquamation, which uses water instead of flame. The difference is what each package includes.
What does each private package include?
First Class includes a Sheesham wood urn, a certificate, an ink paw print on a prayer card, and a small keepsake vial of fur. Second Class includes a plastic urn for your pet's ashes. Ask us to confirm the current package details.
Will I get ashes back with communal aquamation?
No. Communal aquamation does not include returning ashes. If you want your pet's ashes back, ask us about our private packages.
What is aquamation?
Aquamation is a water-based alternative to cremation. It uses water instead of flame. Your pet's ashes can be returned if your chosen service includes this.
My pet has passed away at home. What should I do?
We're sorry for your loss. Call your provider for help with pickup or bringing your pet in. If you are unsure whether your pet has passed away, call a vet right away.
How much will it cost?
We can help you understand the full cost before you decide. Ask what your chosen service includes, such as pickup, an urn, keepsakes, and returning your pet's ashes.
When will I get my pet's ashes back?
We know waiting can be difficult. Timing depends on the service and location. The team caring for your pet can tell you when to expect their ashes and how you'll be notified.
Can I have a paw print or another keepsake?
A paw print or a small clipping of fur can be a way to remember your pet. Ask before cremation or aquamation so the team can explain what is available and any cost.
Can I make plans ahead of time?
Yes. When you're ready, you can talk with your vet and care provider about your wishes. They can help you choose a service, discuss keepsakes, and record your plans.
